1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Aussie Spins is published by True Blue Games ("we", "us" or "our"). This policy applies to the public Android version of Aussie Spins and the online services used by the game.

The game is restricted to users aged 18 years and over and presents a mandatory age-verification screen when first launched.

2. Game terms and restrictions

Aussie Spins is for entertainment only. It is not a real-money gambling product, does not simulate a regulated casino service, and any virtual credits or bonus items in the app have no real-world value.

Virtual credits may be earned or purchased inside the app, but they cannot be cashed out, transferred, redeemed, exchanged for money, or used to claim real-world goods or services.

Do not use the app if doing so would break the laws or regulations that apply where you live. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Aussie Spins is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You must not try to copy, reverse engineer, modify, cheat, or interfere with the game or its online services. We may limit, suspend, or end access to the app or services if we believe the app is being misused.

Service features, rewards, availability and content may change over time, and some features may be added, removed, paused or limited at our discretion.

3. Information we collect

The information collected depends on which features you use. Some information is collected directly by us, while other information is collected by Google through the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

We may receive this information when you use online leaderboards, connect to online statistics services, download optional themes, or submit a bug report, suggestion or other feedback.

Google may automatically collect information through the Google Mobile Ads SDK for advertising, measurement, analytics, security and fraud-prevention purposes.

We do not currently operate a player account-registration system, and we do not ask for payment-card or banking information through Aussie Spins.

4. Advertising and Google AdMob

Aussie Spins uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google AdMob to provide rewarded video and rewarded-interstitial advertising. Rewarded ads may be offered for benefits such as virtual credits or an in-game bonus.

Google may use information such as IP address, device identifiers, Advertising ID, app interactions, advertising interactions and diagnostic information to deliver ads, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud and provide personalised or non-personalised advertising where permitted.

Rewarded advertising is optional. You choose whether to watch an offered rewarded ad. Declining a rewarded ad means that the associated optional reward will not be granted.

Official Google information

AdMob is currently the only advertising network integrated into Aussie Spins. If additional advertising or mediation partners are added, this policy will be updated.

6. Online leaderboards

If you use online leaderboard features, Aussie Spins may send limited public leaderboard and gameplay-stat data to True Blue Games servers. This may include your player ID, your chosen display name or player name if you set one, feature ID, feature name, best result value, progress value where applicable, credits won from the feature, the monthly leaderboard period in YYYY-MM format, and server timestamps.

Level and credit-balance leaderboards are based on existing saved player stats, such as player ID, player name, level, credits or money balance, last-seen timestamp, app version and platform. Monthly leaderboard data is used only for feature results.

The leaderboard and stat system records results only. It does not award credits, change odds, alter reels or payouts, or replace the game's local save and economy systems.

Your chosen display name, leaderboard position and public result values may be visible to other players. Do not use your real name or include personal, confidential or offensive information in a display name.

7. Online gameplay statistics

Aussie Spins may send limited gameplay and activity information to True Blue Games servers. This may include player ID, player name if set, level, credits or money balance, theme activity, feature results, best result value, progress value, credits won, monthly period, app version, platform, activity timestamps and last-seen time. Server requests may also include basic technical information needed to process the request, such as IP address, request path, request time and user agent.

We use these statistics to operate leaderboards, show monthly feature results, show all-time level and credit rankings, understand overall activity, maintain service reliability, identify bugs, prevent abuse and plan improvements.

We do not use these online statistics to provide real-money gambling, award credits through the stat system, determine creditworthiness or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

8. Optional theme and game-content downloads

Aussie Spins may connect to True Blue Games servers when you request an optional theme or other downloadable game content.

To deliver the requested content, our server may receive your IP address, app version, requested file or theme, request time, and limited technical information needed to complete and secure the download.

This information is used to provide the requested content, confirm compatibility, maintain download reliability, monitor server performance and prevent misuse.

9. Bug reports, upgrade requests and feedback

The game may provide an optional contact form for bug reports, feature or upgrade requests, suggestions and general feedback.

Depending on what you submit, we may receive:

Your email address or player name, if you choose to provide it.
The contents of your message and any information you include.
Your app version, device type or basic diagnostic details.
Attachments or screenshots, if the form supports them and you choose to send them.

We use this information to respond to you, investigate bugs, provide support, improve Aussie Spins, and assess requested features or upgrades. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not required for us to handle your request.

11. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating leaderboards and statistics, delivering requested content, responding to reports, maintaining security, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations.

Leaderboard information may remain available while the relevant leaderboard or game service continues to operate.
Aggregated or de-identified gameplay statistics may be retained for longer because they no longer directly identify an individual.
Support and feedback messages may be retained while the issue is investigated and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Technical server logs are retained for a reasonable operational and security period and are then deleted, rotated or anonymised.

Information processed independently by Google is retained according to Google's own policies and settings.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, loss, misuse or disclosure. Internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

13. International data processing

Google and other infrastructure providers may process information in countries outside Australia or outside the country where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws.

14. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction or objection to certain processing of your personal information.

Decline optional rewarded advertisements.
Manage advertising consent through the UMP privacy message where available.
Manage Google advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center.
Reset or delete the Android Advertising ID through supported device settings.
Avoid submitting optional contact details through feedback forms.

To help us locate relevant information, a request may need to include your leaderboard display name, anonymous player identifier, or details of the message or report you submitted. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.

15. Children and age restriction

Aussie Spins is intended only for adults aged 18 years and over. It is not directed to children or minors and includes a mandatory 18+ age-verification screen on first launch.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe that a person under 18 has submitted personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when Aussie Spins, our data practices, third-party services or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be published at this location with a revised effective date.

This policy will also be updated before adding another advertising network, mediation partner, analytics platform, account system or materially different data-collection feature.
